Founded in 1992, the Cats Group, made up of three distinct operating Divisions, has grown to become a leading provider of print and document management services to major corporate and public sector organisations.

The Group is comprised of Cats Solutions, which delivers a broad range of print and associated services, Cats Legal, which offers both generic and specialist print, scanning and document managements services, and Yoodoo Ltd, one of the UK's leading providers of personalised greetings cards and other personalised products.

Clients include Public and Regulatory Authorities, major “blue chip” Corporate clients and top Law Firms as well as Universities across the UK .

Our Business Model

Operating from 24/7/365 “hubs” located in London and Swindon linked to strategically located “satellite” facilities across the UK, Cats Group’s unique business model delivers managed print, fulfillment, scanning, electronic data discovery and document processing/review services against demanding Service Level Agreements, often involving the management of staff transfers under TUPE Regulations. The balance of resources between client on-site, in-house delivery and the central hubs is a particular strength of the Cats Group model.

Each and every Cats Group client requires an individually tailored solution embodied in a specific Service Level Agreement, and a commitment to achieving the highest levels of delivery and service against those SLA's is at the heart of the Cats Group's business philosophy.

Our Scope of Services

The Group’s scanning, print management, electronic document processing and fulfillment services cover a wide range of applications including the design and production of corporate marketing material, journals, training and maintenance manuals as well as general “on-demand” digital print requirements and offset lithographic work.

Based from our City of London hub, Cats Legal delivers electronic document discovery services specifically engineered for Law Firms seeking to improve efficiency and reduce costs when preparing for complex litigation.

Our Quality and Security

All Cats Group's operational processes are certified under ISO, BSI and other accreditations, and all client data transactions are managed under strict levels of security incorporating high level encryption technologies. Utilising state of the art IT infrastructure and software, Cats Group delivers automated ordering and reporting to individual clients, providing an audit trail and visibility for every transaction.

Our Ownership and Governance

Owned and managed independently by its Board of Director/Shareholders, Cats Group has achieved steady and controlled growth whilst remaining profitable. The Board is directly involved at all levels of the company's operations and provides rapid and flexible decision-making to support the demands of a dynamic client base.

Our Financials - the business is funded entirely by long-term Shareholder Investment funds and a long-term mortgage on our freehold HQ building, alongside working capital generated from trading activities and facilities from our bankers. It has no other external investors or long term debt.

In 2011 the Group’s revenues will exceed £13M.
