Cats Solutions are, put simply, a solutions provider for the print industry. We
know that your print is often more complicated than printing hand books and
reports. We know that producing a printed end product can have many stages and
complications. We know that your documents may be confidential and need extra
security. That is why we are here to taylor a solution specially suited to your
needs.
Dedicated team
Do you want a team that is dedicated purely to your workload, to concentrate
on your processes and quality assurance? We have found from our experience that
sometimes having a team dedicated to your solution helps the process because they
grow to learn how your process works and what the end result should look. This
helps quality control, not only on work that we produce but maybe picking up on
potential mistakes made by your employees before we receive the content.
Confidential and secure
Although all of our staff have signed confidentiality agreements to ensure our
customers work stays confidential. We know that you may be looking for that
extra bit of security, therefore we offer some additional options if required:

An isolated network - Dedicated servers and/or
PCs on an isolated network to
prevent data contamination.

Separate office & equipment - A secured individual office or work area, locked
and only accessible by authorised staff. All your services can be carried out on
dedicated equipment to prevent your work getting 'in the mix' with other
customers work.

Data transfer
We offer a variety of ways to transfer files (see capabilities) but you may have
a special need for data transfers such as a dedicated web service, ftp site
polling. Or perhaps, you need a way for your customers to access or receive
files that we have created for you, maybe in the form of a dedicated website? We
can accommodate many ways to send and receive files and data.
Data manipulation
We can offer a data manipulation service, both manual or automated. If your work
flow requires merging data files with pre-set templates and logical queries to
alter the outcome, not a problem. We work with a number of data inputs from XML,
CSV, binary64, JDF, etc. to merge with templates held by us on your behalf, or
to program the merging and printing of document supplied with the data file.
Distribution Management
If you have a large number of documents that need to go to a large number of
destinations then we can handle it for you. We have a close relationship with a
select number of couriers and can provide a number of distribution solutions.
Customer Interaction
Maybe you want a survey carried out on your customers; we can help by
deliver this as a printed survey, a website survey, or emailing digital forms to
fill out. We can then collate the results for you and present them in any
desired way.
Maybe your requirement is subscription based? We can print your subscriptions,
but we can also manage your subscription process, from taking new subscriptions,
sending renewal notices and handling cancelations. We can provide this service
by print notifications, email, websites, telephone, or a mix.
