The Cats Solutions Board of Directors has developed a strategic development plan which seeks to achieve manageable growth from long-term relationships with key clients whilst also offering opportunities for sustained profitability through added value products and services.
The Board anticipates that over the period to 2016, revenues will grow to £20M, firmly establishing the Cats Group as one of the leading UK providers of print, scanning and document services to major organisations.
Our core philosophy is based upon the delivery of managed, added value services to our clients; our emphasis is on working with a relatively small number of long term clients and partners to meet demanding and varied requirements against tightly defined and monitored service level definitions.
Each client is managed by a designated Account Manager supported by skilled administration, design and production teams, and the Groups has invested heavily in “client-facing” resources. Each client has an Executive Sponsor at Board level, ensuring rapid escalation of issues and continuity of relationship.
Our commitment to building long term and multi-level relationships with our clients is central to our corporate ethos; we believe we need to understand the environment and issues facing our customers and develop solutions and innovation to support their own various missions and objectives.
The Board of Directors is committed to a programme of continued investment in technology, human resources and infrastructure and maintains an ongoing cost reduction initiative across all areas of the business, thereby delivering highly cost-effective and competitive pricing to our clients.
Investment will increase in infrastructure including advanced printing and finishing equipment, with a view to reducing the environmental impact of our operations.
